What you can do with InPoll

Send from any Flow

Add the Send InPoll Survey action to any Flow. Start from the ready-made flow that emails the customer when their Case closes. Nobody gets the same survey twice for the same record unless you ask for it.

Every answer linked to its record

Each personal link ties the answer to the Contact, Case and Account it came from, and each link can be answered once. You see who answered and what it was about right in the responses list.

CSAT and NPS, with ready-made reports

CSAT and NPS scores are stored on every response. Four ready-made Salesforce reports show CSAT by survey, NPS by survey, survey answers on Cases, and invitations and response rate.
